Professional Development Account Manager at Teq

Rob Abraham's work experience begins in 1994 when they worked as an Elementary School Teacher for the NYC Department of Education. In 1997, they transitioned to the role of Title 1 Technology Instructional Specialist and held that position until 2004.

Starting in 2004, Abraham worked for Custom Computer Specialists as a Professional Developer, and in 2013, they became the Project Manager of Professional Development. During their time there, they were responsible for project management, systems administration, and managing online Blended Learning Systems.

In 2009, Abraham briefly worked for Nomura Securities as a Cisco Phone IT Trainer, where they developed and delivered technical training on multi-node data and IPT networks.

Since 2014, Abraham has been employed by Teq as a Professional Development Account Manager. Rob'sresponsibilities include collaborating with Account Executives to understand client needs, translating curriculum and assessment design into software specifications, and delivering implementation workshops and advanced professional development to clients. Rob also teaches, mentors, and evaluates teachers during Teq Digital Certification courses.

Throughout their career, Abraham has demonstrated a strong focus on technology integration in education and professional development.

Rob Abraham has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Hofstra University. Rob also attended Yeshiva of Flatbush High School. In addition to their formal education, Rob has obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer 2003/2008, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, and Smart master's Training Certification from Smart technologies.
