Jaffer has extensive experience in the aviation sector, having held the position of Head of Business Development & Training at Turbo Aviation in India from March 2017 to September 2021, and served in various roles including Duty Manager at Air India SATS and Assistant General Manager of Operations at Hyderabad Institute of Overseas Studies. Jaffer's earlier career includes significant roles at Flytech Aviation Academy and cricket coaching at Don Bosco High School. Jaffer holds a Master's Degree in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management from the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research University and has acquired certifications from City of Bristol College and Leeds Beckett University.
