Lauren Holzer

Lauren Holzer is currently the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at The Knot Worldwide. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at WeddingWire from January 2017 to April 2019. In this role, Lauren was responsible for helping both engaged couples find the best vendors for their special day and employees find the best place to foster their careers.

Before their time at WeddingWire, Lauren served as the VP of Human Relations at NewDay USA from October 2015 to January 2017. At NewDay USA, Lauren was responsible for building the nation’s number one mortgage company for America’s veterans and their families. During their time there, they strived to be the industry leader in ensuring compliance, accountability, and instilling trust in one another by living the values they stood for.

Lauren has always been dedicated to helping others and finding purpose in their work. Lauren is a strong advocate for giving back and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those they serve.

Lauren Holzer graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Mass Communication and Marketing.

They work with Kara Scovitch - Senior Director, Global Talent Management, Kate Hoffman Slavit - Senior Director, Global Employee Experience, and Jonathan Starling - Head of Learning. Lauren Holzer reports to Emily Markmann, Chief Human Resource Officer.
