Helis Lipping

Helis Lipping possesses a diverse background in operations, investor relations, and project management, with extensive experience in the investment sector. Currently serving in Operations and Communications at Tera Ventures since October 2018, Lipping previously held roles at ETF Partners, including Investor Relations and Operations Manager and Office Manager, where responsibilities included project management for annual LP meetings, strategic fundraising, and enhancing team efficiency. Additionally, experience includes roles in a global translation company and data management, showcasing strong organizational skills and a capacity for managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Lipping holds a B.A. in Project Management/Entrepreneurship from the University of Tartu, as well as certifications in Digital Marketing and PRINCE2 project management methodologies.
