Nino Gogava

Nino Gogava has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Nino started their career at Terabank in 2007, where they worked as a Personnel Manager until 2020. During their time at Terabank, they also served as the Personnel Management Unit Manager from 2018 to 2020 and as an HR Partner from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, Nino joined GSN Georgian Service Network as the Head of the Human Resources Management Department, a role they held until 2023.

Currently, Nino is working at Terabank again, this time as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Management Unit since 2023.

Nino Gogava obtained a Master of Social Sciences in Psychology with a specialization in Social and Organizational Psychology from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended an institution identified as "#128" from 1991 to 2002, although no degree or field of study was specified for this period.
