Long Ba Nguyen's work experience begins in 2014 as a Working Student at Pha Lai Thermal Power Plant. In 2015, they worked as a Student at RMIT University Projects, where they focused on designing electronics power converters and working on the Battery Management System for an Electric Racing Car. In the same year, they also conducted research as a Research Assistant at RMIT University, specializing in designing PCBs and electromagnetic field measurements. In 2016, they interned at Continental. Long Ba Nguyen joined Vestas in 2018 as an HV and SCADA Coordinator, responsible for managing high voltage and SCADA activities and projects for wind farms. In 2021, they worked as a Sales Representative at Maxeon Solar Technologies and later as a Sales Engineer at Terabase Energy. In 2022, Long Ba Nguyen transitioned to the role of Software Development Engineer (SCADA) at Terabase Energy.
Long Ba Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RMIT University from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Long Ba Nguyen has obtained several certifications including "Data communication with Industrial Ethernet" and "PROFINET" from Siemens in May 2020, "Introduction to bookkeeping and accounting" from The Open University in July 2019, "Code of conduct E-learning" from Vestas in September 2018, "MATLAB for Data Processing and Visualization" from MathWorks in July 2018, "Graduate of The Institution of Engineers Australia" from Engineers Australia in January 2018, and "Deep Learning Onramp" from MathWorks in October 2017.
