Thomas Randolph has a solid work experience in the field of Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and related areas. Thomas started their career in 2000 at Computech, Inc. as a Capital Planning and Investment Control Specialist, where they supported the Program Management Office for Federal clients. Thomas'sresponsibilities included capital planning and investment control processes, budget analysis, project planning, and process improvement. Thomas remained with Computech, Inc. until 2010.

In the same year, Randolph joined Blackstone Technology Group, where they served as a Portfolio Management/Resource Allocation Planning/Capital Planning expert. Thomas provided support to a Federal Department in budget planning, portfolio management, and OMB 300 development and reporting. Thomas was with Blackstone Technology Group until September 2010.

Randolph then moved to ICF International in August 2010, where they held the position of a Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Specialist. Thomas performed similar responsibilities as before, supporting the company in various aspects of CPIC. Thomas'stenure at ICF International ended in December 2012.

In 2013, Randolph joined Teracore, Inc. as a CPIC Lead. Thomas remained in this role until March 2019, when they transitioned to Guidehouse as a Capital Planning and Investment Control professional. At Guidehouse, they worked until August 2019.

Throughout their career, Thomas Randolph has gained extensive experience in capital planning and investment control processes, budget analysis, project planning, and process improvement.

Thomas Randolph attended Appalachian State University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications. Thomas then went on to study at Strayer University from an unspecified start year to 2008, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). In 2011, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
