Felicia Wu

Felicia Wu is a seasoned UX design leader specializing in content design and AI-driven strategies. They served as the Head of Content Design at Meta from 2021 to 2023, where they established a framework for integrity teams to protect billions of users and manage significant projects across multiple platforms. Prior to this, Felicia held leadership roles at Clover Network, Inc., and [24]7, where they fostered growth in content practices and drove efficiencies in documentation processes. Currently, they work as a Senior Content Design Lead at Teradata and mentor emerging designers at adplist.org. Felicia holds multiple degrees, including a BA in journalism and an MA in magazine journalism.
