Rafael Ferragut is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Since April 2011, Rafael has served as Legal Counsel for the Caribbean and Latin America at Teradata. Prior to this role, Rafael held positions as Senior Attorney - Contracts Specialist and Legal Compliance Officer for Latin America Region at Sybase from June 2008 to April 2011, and as Corporate Attorney at SAP from June 2005 to June 2008. Rafael's career began at SAS as a LACB Corporate Attorney from August 2003 to June 2005, followed by a trainee position at Hewlett-Packard from January 2002 to May 2003. Rafael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Paulista (1999 - 2004) and pursued further education at Escola Paulista de Direito (2007 - 2008).
