Said Khan is an experienced professional in managed services, currently serving as Practice Manager at Teradata since January 2017, following the role of Associate Practice Manager. With a solid background at Teradata that includes positions as Service Delivery Manager for Managed Services International and Service Manager for the Vodafone project, Said has expertise in incident handling, SLA compliance, and disaster recovery policy implementation.
