Prior to Data#3, Richard held significant positions at Interactive Pty Ltd and Insight, focusing on expanding managed services and leading presales efforts across Asia-Pacific. Richard's earlier career includes technical roles at Chorus Networks, Ariel Communications, and several other companies, demonstrating a strong foundation in IT support and infrastructure management.
