Becca Percy

Becca Percy is an experienced RF/Wireless Factory Applications Engineer at Teradyne since October 2021, previously serving as an RF and mmWave Test Development Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from July 2015 to October 2021. Prior roles include RF, Microwave, and mmWave Test Design Engineer at IBM from February 2014 to June 2015, with earlier experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Virginia from August 2006 to September 2013. Becca's research focused on terahertz frequencies and microfabrication techniques, alongside an internship at IBM in 2006 that improved software functionality. Becca holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Virginia and a BS in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Villanova University.
