Clement Hsieh

Clement Hsieh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Clement began their career at Athey in 1996 as a Product Manager. Clement then moved on to Athey Products Corporation as a Project Engineer, where they made significant improvements to street sweeper propulsion and air conditioning systems.

In 1998, Clement joined IBM and held several positions, including New Products Manufacturing Engineer, Marketing Account Manager, and Network Processors Product Manager. Clement was responsible for product and financial analysis, managing semiconductor OEM accounts, and developing business plans.

From 2002 to 2004, Clement worked at Boston University as a Senior Marketing Consultant and Project Manager.

In 2004, they joined Dresser-Rand as a Commercial Operations Manager, where they managed a team, oversaw profit and loss, and developed growth strategies.

Since 2006, Clement has been with Teradyne, starting as a Program Manager and progressing to Operations Manager, New Product Introduction Manager, Director of New Product Introduction, and currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations.

Clement Hsieh completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University from 1989 to 1997. Clement then pursued an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 2001 to 2003.
