Natalia Rodriguez

Natalia Rodriguez is a PCB Design Hardware Engineer Supervisor at Teradyne, leading the Costa Rica PCB design operation since July 2019. Natalia holds IPC CID certification and is responsible for training and guiding a multidisciplinary engineering team that collaborates across various organizational groups. Previously, Natalia served as a Software Validation Engineer at Boston Scientific, focusing on the Rhythmia Mapping System™, and worked at Intel Corporation as a Physical Design Engineer Lead, where responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing custom layouts for analog designs using advanced technology. Early career experience includes a student internship at Dell, where Natalia improved team productivity through the implementation of centralized documentation systems. Natalia earned an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and participated in an exchange program at Télécom SudParis for a Master of Science in Communication Networks and Services.
