Nick Esteban

Nick Esteban has a diverse work experience in the field of talent sourcing and staffing. Nick started their career at Texas Instruments as a Contract Recruiter from April 2003 to December 2007. Nick then joined National Semiconductor as a Senior Technical Recruiter from December 2007 to March 2011, where they provided staffing and sourcing support for various positions. Nick then moved to SSP as the Head of Talent Sourcing - Semiconductors in March 2011. Nick specialized in sourcing highly qualified candidates from talent competitors within days, reducing cost per hire and time to fill. In 2014, they joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Sr. Staffing Consultant until July 2017. Currently, Nick is working at Teradyne as a Talent Sourcing Program Lead since October 2019.

Nick Esteban obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising from the University of Florida, starting in 2002 and graduating in 2006. In addition, they obtained the Certified Diversity Recruiters (CDR) certification from AIRS, an ADP company, in March 2023.
