Elias Vargas has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Functional Analyst at Zweicom, where they implemented projects in the prepaid and VAS area. Elias then joined OnMobile Global Limited as an Operation Engineer, responsible for managing integration testing, acceptance testing, and resolving technical issues.

In 2016, Elias joined Kaspersky Lab as a Fraud Analyst, interacting with clients worldwide, predominantly in the financial sector. Elias later became a Presales Manager, leveraging technical knowledge to promote and sell Kaspersky Fraud Prevention solutions. This involved conducting technical presentations, addressing customer inquiries, and managing product evaluations.

In 2018, Elias transitioned to Softline Latinoamérica, where they worked as a Solution Sales Manager, overseeing the sales process and driving customer relationships.

Elias'smost recent position is Head of Customer Support at Teramind since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer for the company. Teramind specializes in employee monitoring, insider threat detection, and data loss prevention solutions trusted by numerous organizations worldwide.

Throughout their career, Elias has demonstrated expertise in technical support, sales, fraud prevention, and project management.

From 2009 to 2015, Elias Vargas attended Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
