Mary Chatson

Mary Chatson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy & Effectiveness at Teranet Inc. since August 2015, Mary previously held the position of Director, Strategy, Organizational Development & Change. Prior to this, Mary worked at Wal-mart Canada, leading change management initiatives for large-scale organizational design. At CCH Canadian Limited, Mary excelled as Director of Content Solutions, spearheading digital transformation and earning two awards for strategic vision and stakeholder guidance. Additional roles include program management at Metamail and technical publications management at Symantec/Delrina. Mary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and an Adult Education Certificate from Durham College.
