Ajay Joshi

Ajay Joshi has been working in the Quality field since 1994. Ajay began their career at Adaptec as a QA Manager. In 1999, they moved to Solectron as an Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for integrating customer manufacturing into Solectron and instituting process improvements that increased functional test yield from 4% to 75%. In 2000, they joined Sorrento Networks/LuxN as a QA Manager, where they established Quality systems and led Quality groups. In 2004, they became the Senior Director of Quality at CafePress Inc., where they developed Quality strategy and led Quality groups in three different locations. In 2012, they moved to AMAX Information Technologies as a QA Manager, where they were responsible for handling requirements of more than ten customers. Finally, in 2013, they joined Lahlouh, Inc. as the Director Of Quality, where they were responsible for the overall Quality strategy of the company, document control and management, customer interaction for qualifications, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA). In 2021, they began their current role as the Director Of Quality at TeraPore Technologies, Inc.

Ajay Joshi holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
