Rebecca McDade

Rebecca McDade has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily focusing on clinical applications and customer success. Rebecca currently holds the position of Vice President of Clinical Customer Success at TeraRecon, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring the success of clinical customers. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Success Management, where they played a key role in building and managing a global customer success program. Rebecca has also held various managerial positions at TeraRecon, including Manager of Clinical Applications - Global and Manager of Clinical Applications - US. Before joining TeraRecon, they worked as a CT Technologist at Heritage Valley Health System and UPMC Mercy. Additionally, they have experience as a Clinical Coordinator at Sanford Brown Institute and as a Radiologic Technologist at Magee Womens Hospital of UPMC, Allegheny Health Network, and Aliquippa Community Hospital. Rebecca's expertise spans a range of responsibilities, including CT scanning, patient care, radiologic technology education, and customer support.

Rebecca McDade has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Professional Leadership with a concentration in Business Ethics from Duquesne University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Rebecca also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from PennWest Clarion, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. In addition, Rebecca holds a Certificate & Board Certification in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from the UPMC School of Radiologic Technology, completed from 1998 to 2000. Rebecca also has additional certifications as a CT Technologist and Radiologic Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, obtained in 2000.
