Chenshu Liu

Chenshu Liu is a research and teaching professional with a strong background in bioengineering, neuroscience, and statistics, holding a Master's degree in Bioengineering from UCLA. Chenshu currently serves as a Research Assistant at both the Terasaki Institute for Biomedical Innovation and ARCS at CSUN, focusing on gesture intention recognition and autonomous additive manufacturing. As a Principal Investigator at UCLA, Chenshu designed a project utilizing computer vision for the identification of biodeteriogens to aid in the conservation of paper-based cultural relics. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for introductory biology laboratory techniques, presenting research on computer vision applications, and tutoring in advanced biology, programming, and data analysis subjects. Chenshu has a history of leadership roles, having managed tutor recruitment and program development in educational settings.
