Larissa Fernandes

Larissa Fernandes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Larissa is currently working as a Technical Sales Specialist at Terawe Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, Larissa founded and served as the CEO of Histórias Resgatadas Genealogy, a temporary project, from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they provided consulting services to clients, developed a business plan, managed a team of 7, and oversaw daily operations.

Before starting their own venture, Larissa worked as a Customer Support representative at Cocu Investments Ireland Limited from 2016 to 2020. Larissa ensured customer satisfaction, multitasked efficiently, and resolved guest issues with a positive attitude.

Larissa also has experience as an Industrial Sales Analyst at Copagaz Distribuidora de Gás S.A. from 2012 to 2015. Larissa supported consultants in maintaining customer portfolios, managed volume, price, and customer satisfaction, and maintained direct contact with the logistics team.

Larissa's early career included a position as an Assistant & Sales Administrative at CorelGrafic Office from 2003 to 2010. Larissa prospected new clients, negotiated and sold graphic printing services, managed billing and order delivery tracking, and provided support in administrative and financial areas.

Larissa Fernandes earned a Bachelor's degree in Science In Information Technology from CCT College Dublin, where they attended from 2017 to 2020. Prior to their time at CCT College Dublin, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Einstein Faculdade e Colégio, which they completed from 2007 to 2010.
