Will Tanimoto

Will Tanimoto, CPA has extensive work experience in the field of accounting and auditing. Will currently holds the position of Director of Financial Reporting at TeraWulf since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte for several years, starting as an Audit Senior in September 2012. Will then progressed to the role of Audit Manager in August 2017, where they actively managed public and private engagements in the Sacramento and Bay Area. In November 2022, they were promoted to Audit Senior Manager, responsible for overseeing audit engagements. During their time at Deloitte, Will gained expertise in internal control testing, quarterly reviews, year-end engagements, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Will Tanimoto, CPA has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from California State University-Sacramento. Will obtained this degree between the years 2008 and 2012. In February 2013, Will Tanimoto obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, which was awarded by the California Board of Accountancy.
