Willem Minnen

Willem Minnen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and military vehicle industries. As the Manager of PDI at Terberg Special Vehicles since August 2019, Willem has honed leadership skills while previously serving as Workshopmanager in the automotive sector from August 2018 to August 2019. Willem's significant tenure at Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles spanned from 2011 to March 2018, where roles included Technical Assistant for the Fuchs project in Algeria and Teamleader for the Boxer production project. Additionally, Willem contributed as a coach on the job for the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps in 2010, while earlier experience includes being self-employed and serving as an Allround Truck Mechanic at Scania from 1983 to 2008, and as a hofmeester with the Koninklijke Marine from 1980 to 1983.
