Stacey McBride is the current Senior Director of Marketing at Teren. Prior to this, they were the Director of Marketing at Pivvot, Inc. from February 2018 to December 2021. In their role at Pivvot, Stacey was responsible for designing the marketing strategy to position Pivvot as a location intelligence leader in the energy sector - a strategy which successfully positioned the company to be acquired by Terracon in 2021.
Some of Stacey's key accomplishments at Pivvot include developing the branding and go-to-market plan to launch Pivvot (successfully hitting a pipeline target of $1M in the first six months), creating a lead generation strategy to support a three-person sales team, and successfully expanding into a new market (renewable energy) with targeted campaigns and product launch strategy - winning new clients within 30 days of launch.
In addition to their responsibilities around strategy and planning, Stacey also worked closely with the product development team to identify target buyers, use cases, and value propositions for new and existing products. Stacey also partnered with key leadership and sales to develop commercial packaging and messaging, and conducted customer interviews to gain market knowledge, product roadmap insight, and testimonials.
Finally, Stacey was responsible for managing all aspects of Pivvot's external communications, including website presence, search engine optimization, digital advertising, events (both in-person and virtual), and thought leadership content such as case studies, blog posts, and whitepapers.
Stacey McBride has a B.S. in Psychology from University of Wyoming and is certified from HubSpot in Inbound Certified and Business Marketing Institute in Marketing Skills Certification.
They are on a team with Jake Opdahl - Director, Sales, Kat Kraft - Director, Product, and Dan Hamp - Director, DevOps. Stacey McBride reports to Toby Kraft, CEO & Co-Founder.
