Jennifer Ruggiero

Jennifer Ruggiero is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in service delivery and desktop services. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager in Corporate IT at Terex since March 2011, Jennifer previously held the position of Global Head of Desktop Services at Misys Banking Systems from 1998 to May 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing global desktop strategy and integrating isolated IS teams. Prior roles included IT Manager at Misys, managing operations for two regional offices, and Client Release Coordinator at The Frustum Group, responsible for product installations globally. Jennifer's career began as a PC Technician, providing support across various IT functions. Jennifer holds a degree from Iona University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
