Jonathan Lyddon is a highly experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Terex Corporation since September 2015, Jonathan oversees a manufacturing facility generating $800 million in revenue and managing a workforce of 800 team members. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Director of Operations at another manufacturing campus, where operations produced approximately $450 million in revenue with 600 team members. Jonathan's experience also includes roles as Operations Manager, Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, and Manufacturing Engineer III. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked at SAFE Boats International, LLC, as a Quality Assurance Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Arizona State University.
