Kim Williams has extensive experience in customer service and commercial operations, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Terex Corporation since October 2020. Prior to this role, Kim held various positions at Genie – a Terex brand, including Commercial Operations Manager, AWP Cross Selling Development Manager, Marketing Manager, Senior Market Analyst, Product Manager, Production Manager, and Manufacturing Supervisor. Kim's responsibilities ranged from facilitating Lean production processes and managing cross-departmental sales strategies, to planning significant marketing events and overseeing production operations. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Western Washington University, completed in 1994.
