Lee Smeriglio

Lee Smeriglio, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of Total Rewards and HRIS at Terex Corporation, where responsibilities include defining and executing strategies to attract and retain talent while aligning compensation with business goals. Prior to this role, Lee held positions such as Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at Terex, Director of North America Compensation at Conduent, and various leadership roles at Xerox, where strategic compensation planning played a key role in company restructuring. Lee's earlier experience includes directing compensation and benefit programs at Pitney Bowes and Schein Pharmaceutical, as well as managing human resources at River Bank America and Lillian Vernon. Educational credentials include an MS in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Rutgers University and a BA in Psychology from Fairfield University.
