Neil McIlwaine

Neil McIlwaine currently serves as Business Line Director at Terex Corporation, overseeing Terex MAGNA since May 2024. Previously, Neil was the Director of Global Business Development & Marketing at FINLAY from September 2019 to May 2024, where the focus was on aligning the brand with customer requirements and driving new business and product initiatives. Prior to that, Neil held the role of Director of Global Business Development at Euro Auctions from September 2016 to September 2019, specializing in negotiating and delivering value for clients with surplus equipment. Neil's career began at Terex Finlay as Business Development Manager from March 2004 to September 2016, targeting sales growth in various international markets, and earlier experience includes working as a Design Engineer with Sandvik Mining and Construction. Neil holds a BSC (Hons) in Engineering with Business from Ulster University and a BSC from Omagh Academy/Omagh High School.
