Robert Graham

Robert Graham possesses extensive experience in lean manufacturing, currently serving as Lean Business System Manager at Terex since July 2010, after holding the position of TBS Corporate Manager. Previous experience includes a role as Lean Change Leader at Bombardier Aerospace from January 2009 to June 2010, where significant improvements in nacelle output and new build production were achieved. Prior to Bombardier, Robert worked as a European Lean Coach at Ford Motor Company from February 1976 to April 2005, implementing lean practices across European sites and contributing to various projects. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Lean and Six Sigma from Ulster University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
