Scott J. Posner

Scott Posner is currently serving as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Terex Corporation since January 2004. Prior to this role, Scott was the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at the same company. Before joining Terex Corporation, Scott worked as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges from 2001 to 2004. Scott holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
