Stephanie Wagner, MA, MM, NBC-HWC, serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Healthy Minds Innovations, where responsibilities include content creation for trainings, webinars, and guided meditations, along with facilitating well-being programs. With extensive experience as a Meditation Teacher at Tergar International and as a Health and Meditation Coach at Inner Fire Health and Well Being Coaching, Stephanie also leads meditation workshops and retreats. Previous roles include Group Fitness Instructor at YWCA Minneapolis and Teaching Faculty at the University of Minnesota, where instruction focuses on Integrative Health and Well-Being Coaching. Stephanie's corporate background includes a long tenure at Aveda, culminating as Executive Director of Global Retail Education, where Stephanie developed curriculum and training strategies. Educational qualifications encompass a Master’s Degree in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s Degree in Music Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Tergar Meditation Community supports individuals, practice groups, and meditation communities around the world in learning to live with awareness, compassion, and wisdom. Grounded in the Tibetan Buddhist lineage of our guiding teacher, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, our online and in-person programs are accessible to people of all cultures and faiths, and support a lifelong path toward the application of these principles in everyday life. Tergar International is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that develops and delivers Tergar programs, in partnership with our sister organization Tergar Asia. Tergar International is based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis / St. Paul, Minnesota, with a staff of 39 employees and core contractors who work in various locations around the world.
