Tom Morel brings extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as NSO Trainer, Operations Manager, and Training Consultant at Teriyaki Madness since January 2020. Prior to this role, Tom held various management positions at Portillos Hotdogs from November 2016 to January 2020, and served as General Manager at Ala Carte Entertainment for a brief period in 2016. Tom's career also includes management roles at Corner Bakery Cafe and Luby's Fuddruckers LLC, where the focus was on operational leadership and training. Tom is a graduate of Holy Cross.
