In this role, responsibilities include managing a large customer base, coordinating returns and order processing, and maintaining product information on a Magento eCommerce platform. Prior to this, Antonia held positions as a Relationship Manager at Canopy Financial, where key contributions involved managing business relationships and developing proposals, and as a Marketing Specialist at Atlas Companies, focusing on marketing strategy implementation, CRM/ERP training, and campaign performance reporting. Antonia's skill set encompasses client communication, compliance management, inventory tracking, and digital marketing strategies.
