Megan Ward Thomas has extensive experience in the marketing industry. Megan started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Terlato Wines in December 2004. Megan then progressed through various roles within the company, including Assistant Marketing Manager, Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and Senior Marketing Manager. In these positions, they managed multiple luxury wine and spirits brands, developed marketing plans, and monitored key performance indicators. Megan demonstrated their leadership abilities when they became the Director of Marketing, responsible for strategic brand initiatives and mentoring a team of marketing managers. Megan later served as the VP of Marketing, overseeing the marketing efforts for all wine and spirits brands within the Terlato portfolio and developing short- and long-term strategic marketing plans. Most recently, Megan joined Terlato Wines as the SVP of Marketing, where they lead a team of marketers, aligns on key strategic initiatives, and drives growth through breakthrough creativity and innovation. Prior to their tenure at Terlato Wines, Megan worked as an Administrative Assistant at Abbott for a brief period in 2004.

Megan Ward Thomas received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/ Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, completing their education from 1997 to 2001.
