Jesper Bøhnke

Jesper Bøhnke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jesper started their career as a President of Friday Cafe at Nyborg Gymnasium in 2002. In 2003, they served as Second in Command in the Danish Army. After that, they worked as an Engineer Trainee at Martin Professional A/S in 2008 and as a Professor Assistant at Aalborg University in the same year.

In 2010, Jesper joined Vestas and held several leadership positions such as Senior Director of COO Finance, Director of Sourcing & Supply Chain Performance, and Senior Manager of BPM Sourcing. Jesper was responsible for global finance, cost-out programs, and led various projects related to joint ventures and factory closures.

From 2011 to 2017, Jesper was a Member of Nova Pro Talent Network at -Nova-. Then, in 2017, they joined TERMA Group as the SVP of Global Supply Chain Management. Jesper established the SCM function in the company and implemented category management, cost-out programs, and S&OP.

In 2020, Jesper was promoted to Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Quality Management at TERMA Group. Jesper led a team of +170 employees and implemented initiatives to improve delivery performance, cost control, and quality across the organization.

Currently, Jesper holds the position of Head of Technology & Innovation at TERMA Group since 2022. Jesper leads a global R&D team of +400 employees and has successfully scaled the organization while attracting top talent and fostering a culture of innovation.

Overall, Jesper Bøhnke has extensive experience in supply chain management, finance, and innovation leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth, implementing strategic initiatives, and improving operational performance.

Jesper Bøhnke holds a MSc (Engineering) degree in International Technology Management from Aalborg University, which they obtained from 2007-2009. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc degree in Engineering with a focus on Global Business Development from Aalborg University from 2004-2007. In addition to their degrees, Jesper holds certifications as a PMP certified project manager from PMI, which they obtained in July 2011, and as a Certified IPMA Project Manager from IPMA, which they obtained in 2010.
