Paula Meléndez is the Head of Sustainable Development at Terminal Investment Limited since December 2021, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of a three-pillar sustainability strategy focusing on Environment, People, and Business Integrity. Prior to this role, Paula served as Manager of Sustainable Development at White & Case LLP from August 2018 to November 2021 and worked as an Associate in the international arbitration practice while actively contributing to the Business and Human Rights Group and Climate Change Working Group. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant to Dr. Annette Idler at the University of Oxford, focusing on citizen security and violent non-state actor dynamics in border areas. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree (MPhil) from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) from the University of Cambridge, a Pre-MBA program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Geneva.
