Gustavo Leyva

Gustavo Leyva has been working in the software development industry since 2011. Gustavo began their career as a Software Developer at Tata Consultancy Services in 2011. In the same year, they also began working as a Software Engineer at IBM, where they were responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance of Web applications, as well as administration, configuration and upgrading of servers. In 2015, they joined Herbalife as a Software Engineer - JEE Developer, where they were responsible for administration, analysis, design, development and support of web applications. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Oracle as a Senior Software Developer, where they were a team player in a world company with team members in India, Hungry, USA, Europe and Mexico. Gustavo is currently employed at Terminal as a Back End Developer.

Gustavo Leyva obtained a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Cajeme between 2006 and 2010. Gustavo also obtained a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Autonomous University of Baja California in 2008. In 2012 they completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. Gustavo has also obtained certifications from IBM and Oracle, including IBM Certified Mobile Application Developer Worklight v6.0 (2015), IBM Certified Database Associate. DB2 9 Fundamentals (2014), System Administrator WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment v7.0 (WAS) (2013), and Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer (2013). Currently, Gustavo is a student at Saturdays.AI, studying Artificial Intelligence.
