Jorge Gajon Arguello

Jorge Gajon Arguello has been working in the software engineering field since 2003. Jorge began their career as a Software Engineer at Kioscosnet, where they designed and developed web-based information systems. In 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer at Dextra Technologies, developing a Bluetooth image printing library. That same year, they also founded WhiteSlash Software, where they provided software development services using primarily Python and Django. In 2007, they joined ASERCA as a Senior Software Engineer, developing various Intranet applications. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Freelance Software Developer. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at INNKU and Lead Software Developer at briq.mx and aventones.com. From 2016 to 2019, they were the CTO and Lead Developer at arbolfinanciero, where they built a team of engineers and pivoted the platform from a credit loan marketplace to a SaaS platform. Since 2021, they have been working as a Senior Backend Developer at Everly Health and Terminal.

Jorge Gajon Arguello received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 1999 and 2003. Jorge has also obtained three certifications from Coursera: Client Needs and Software Requirements (July 2017), Software Processes and Agile Practices (July 2017), and Introduction to Software Product Management (June 2017).
