Fabio Colantoni

Fabio Colantoni has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Fabio began their career as a Communication Analyst at Banco Santander, where they created an intranet web-based help-desk manual. Fabio also led the development of an award-winning project called Radar, which centralized and analyzed the work done by the department. Fabio then transitioned to the role of Project Manager at Santander, where they conducted projects, ensured deliveries and deadlines were met, and played the role of a software developer, coding corporate software.

Following their time at Santander, Fabio worked as a Junior Researcher at Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP, where they conducted research on Alzheimer's disease and analyzed data to create dashboards and graphs to better understand the results.

Fabio gained experience as a Barista at Futuro Refeitório and Esquires Coffee Ireland before taking on the role of Retail Store Manager at Butlers Chocolates. As a store manager, they supported the team to deliver excellent customer service and reported store results to middle management.

Fabio then worked at Concentrix as a Support Professional, where they were the first line of contact for BT customers, ensuring first call resolution and solving technical problems. Fabio later joined Rift Coffee Company as a Barista, where they provided customer service, managed stock, and maintained a clean store.

Fabio also worked remotely as a Chief Quality Officer and Project Manager at Buddy Care Health Tech Company. In this role, they ensured the quality and responsiveness of the solution, conducted the project using a SCRUM-inspired methodology, and utilized tools like Trello and MS Project to manage the project.

Most recently, Fabio worked at HCL Technologies as a Service Desk Analyst. Fabio supported IT-related issues, handled tickets on ServiceNow, and interfaced with users via email, chat tools, and phone. Fabio also conducted user administration through Active Directory and Azure.

Currently, Fabio Colantoni is working as a Web Implementation Analyst at Terminalfour.

Fabio Colantoni pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with their studies at the Universidade Cidade de São Paulo from 2009 to 2011. There, they obtained their Tecnólogo degree in TI - Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas. Following this, Fabio attended the Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, where they studied from 2014 to 2019 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Recently, in 2022 and 2023, they enrolled in a program offered by Coursera called the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate. This program focused on Data Processing and Data Processing Technology/Technician.
