Mark Prontkelevic

Mark Prontkelevic has a strong background in cloud operations and support, working for multiple companies in the technology industry. Mark began their career in 2017 at TERMINALFOUR as a Customer Support Engineer, providing assistance to customers. In 2020, Mark joined MongoDB as a Cloud Support Associate, where they continued to provide technical support and assistance to clients. Currently, Mark is working at Terminalfour as a Cloud Operations Engineer, utilizing their expertise in cloud technologies to manage and maintain systems.
