Vincent Furlong

Vincent Furlong has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Vincent began their career at Safe Graffiti Removal Ltd in 2012, where they served as the General Manager of Technology. In this role, they accomplished various tasks such as converting the corporate website to WordPress, managing SEO, setting up social media accounts, creating blog content, and establishing e-commerce stores. Vincent also took charge of payment gateway setup, SSL certification, and UI updates for the company's mobile app. Additionally, Vincent implemented Google Apps for Business and handled email account management. Vincent organized community training days and was responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and client invoicing.

In 2012, Vincent also joined Snapfile as a Software Tester, where they worked until 2015. Later, they became a part of Terminalfour in 2016. Over the years, Vincent advanced within the company, starting as a QA Engineer, then transitioning to a Senior QA Engineer, and eventually becoming the QA Automation Team Lead.

Vincent Furlong completed their education in 2016 at DDLETB, where they obtained a City & Guilds degree in Software Testing at both Level 2 and Level 3. Additionally, they gained several certifications in 2016: ISTQB Software Testing Foundation from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, MTA: Database Fundamentals from Microsoft, and City & Guilds Software Testing from City & Guilds.
