Bobbi Kommineni has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Bobbi started their career as a Strategic Marketing Associate at Trilogy in 1997. Bobbi then moved on to i2 Technologies, where they worked as a Solution Architect and Project Manager, achieving significant revenue and receiving top performer awards.

Bobbi then joined D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) as a Client Engagement & Product Manager, managing a portfolio of customers and developing new engagements. Bobbi later joined Oracle, where they served as Director of Solution Sales & Engineering. In this role, Bobbi led teams, developed go-to-market strategies, and contributed to substantial new license revenue.

Their career also included a role as President of the Asian American Resource Center Nonprofit, where they oversaw strategic programming and built relationships with various stakeholders. Bobbi served as Chief Operating Officer at RideAustin, a nonprofit rideshare platform focused on compensating drivers and giving back to the community.

Later, they joined ESW Capital, where they served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Think3. In this role, they drove performance improvements for portfolio companies, managed cross-functional teams, and developed operating plans.

Bobbi also served as Managing Director at BARCA6, providing hands-on support for projects and interim roles within organizations while also mentoring and investing in technology startups. Bobbi currently holds the position of Operating Partner & COO at Terminus Capital Partners.

Additionally, Bobbi has been a mentor at Capital Factory, supporting and guiding entrepreneurs. Their diverse experience and expertise in operations, project management, strategy, and leadership make their a valuable asset in various organizations.

Bobbi Kommineni attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where they obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering. They then went on to pursue an MBA at the Texas McCombs School of Business, focusing on Finance and General Management, from 2004 to 2006.
