Jason Weir

Jason Weir has extensive experience in software engineering and management roles. Jason currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Termly since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Manager - Cloud at Owlet Baby Care from May 2019 to April 2022. Jason also served as a Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead at Crux Connect from March 2017 to May 2019.

Before joining Crux Connect, Jason held the position of Engineering Manager at Doba.com, where they managed a team of software engineers and developed internal and external apps for the enterprise ecommerce market. Jason also worked as a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) at Doba.com from August 2013 to June 2016.

Prior to Doba.com, Jason worked as a Senior Front End Software Engineer at DropShip Commerce from December 2011 to August 2013, where they were responsible for the user interface of the SaaS application and managed CI processes.

Jason's career in software engineering began at Doba as a Software Engineer from March 2009 to December 2011. Jason also worked as a Software Engineer at Card Cafe from August 2008 to January 2009.

Their early experience includes the role of Web Developer at Brigham Young University from 2007 to 2008. Jason started their career as an IT Manager at Rata USA Inc from July 1999 to October 2007.

Jason Weir pursued their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2008 at Brigham Young University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics. As of now, Jason Weir has no additional certifications, but they are associated with the Linux Foundation for the CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certification.
