Ashita Sharma

Ashita Sharma currently serves as the SVP of Central Operations & Marketing at TERN Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ashita was the VP of Process Excellence & Global Capabilities at IMMO, where responsibilities included leading process improvements across the value chain and enhancing customer experience. Ashita has extensive experience from CARS24, ascending through various leadership positions, including AVP and Director, focusing on strategic projects, customer experience metrics, and operational excellence during significant regional expansions. Earlier career experience includes a consultant position at Deloitte Consulting India and an internship at Hewlett-Packard. Education includes a Master's degree in International Business from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from Delhi University.
