Paolo Fanelli

Paolo Fanelli has an extensive career in the electrical system management sector, currently serving as the Head of Optimal Operational Planning of the National Electrical System at Terna SpA since October 2005. His roles at Terna include leadership in Optimal Operational Planning for the North-West Area, Cross-border Capacity Management, and System Capacity and Congestion Management, along with responsibilities in Dispatching Resources and Production Scheduling. Prior to Terna, Paolo held a position in Contract Management at GRTN SpA and worked as a Designer for Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Systems at The OK Design Group del (TOKDG). Paolo holds a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and a High School degree as a Surveyor from I.T.G. P.L.Nervi di Sora.
