Janet Hung

Janet Hung has worked in the professional field since 2011. Janet started their career as a Help Desk Supervisor at Magellan Aerospace Limited. In 2019, they joined OptionsSwing Inc. as the Chief Operations Officer, where they were responsible for customer service and technical support, human resources, payroll, chief editor, and lead content creator and designer for infographics. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Success Officer at Ternary Developments Inc., overseeing all implementation and migrations of clients and culture long lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction of service, as well as holding the duties of Human Resources and Payroll.

Janet Hung obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from Stony Brook University in 2008. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Exchange 2010 Implementation, Managing and Troubleshooting from Global Knowledge.
