Sasha Kipervarg

Sasha Kipervarg has worked in the technology industry since 1999. Sasha began their career at Digital Impact as Manager, Architecture & Server Operations. In 2005, they joined Monster Cable as an Infrastructure Architect, followed by Dell EMC in 2006 and Moka5 in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they were the Director of Global IT at Mindjet. Sasha then moved to Identified (acquired by Workday) as Director of SaaS Operations until 2014. After that, they held the role of Director of DevOps at Workday until 2017. In the same year, they were appointed Head of Global Cloud Operations at LiveRamp. In 2020, they became Co-Founder & CEO of Ternary Inc., a cloud cost management and optimization tool built for Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Most recently, in 2022, they joined the Governing Board Member at FinOps Foundation.

Sasha Kipervarg holds a Bachelor of Science in MIS from Northeastern University and has completed an Executive Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Sasha also holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance, Agile Learning Labs, and The Linux Foundation, including an A-CSPO Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (obtained in November 2018), a CSM - Certified ScrumMaster (obtained in October 2013), and a FinOps Certified Practitioner (obtained in June 2020).
