Randi McCarthy

Randi McCarthy has extensive experience in business development and recruitment. Randi is currently working as the Director of Business Development at Ternio Solutions Group, a technology staffing group specializing in enterprise technology solutions. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Business Development at Wysent, where they focused on building tailored EPM, BI, and analytics systems for organizations. Randi also worked as a Business Development Manager at American Partners Inc. and as a Senior Internal Recruiter at K2 Partnering Solutions. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Division Director at Robert Half and worked as a Manager at ARAMARK.
