Dr. Franz Ramstorfer

Dr. Franz Ramstorfer serves as a Senior Process Manager at Ternium since March 2017, focusing on the development and implementation of Industry 4.0 and machine learning applications, alongside innovation projects, R&D for steel plant process technology, and process optimization for cost reduction. Prior experience includes roles at Primetals Technologies as Process Manager, where metallurgical supervision of continuous casting machines and coordination of research projects were key responsibilities, and at USIMINAS as Production Specialist, emphasizing process improvements and development of monitoring methods.
